Availability

The provision of goods and services by Eklutna Trading 9cc is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Eklutna Trading 9cc will refund the client in full within 14 days.

Cancellations & Returns

You have the right to to cancel an order within the first 14 days following delivery by our courier, collection by yourself or your courier or your appointed representative (excluding special order items). Cancellation of orders by the client will attract an administration fee of up to 25% depending on circumstances.

After 14 days we will consider we will consider accepting a return on a case by case basis, a handling fee of up to 25% may be applicable depending on the item.

Special order items (items that are not normally stocked), cannot be cancelled. These parts are ordered specially from manufacturers or agents and they may be non-returnable or unfeasible to return. We will not be able to accept special order goods back for refunds, credit or exchange even if they were incorrectly supplied.

Return of an item that was sold as part of a packagage discount will result in the discount falling away and the ruturn will refunded at the discounted value, subject to the package discounts being reallocated to the non returned items. The remaining balance will be returned to you.


To be eligible for a cancellation/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all accessories such as studs, pipes, seats, washers that may be required when installing. This also includes any other item supplied with the part (example gaskets, bolts etc). We will under no circumstances accept a cylinder head or other part that has changed colour while in your possession due to exposure to excessive heat.

Any return for a used item must be done subject to the warranty terms. Any claim of an item being faulty after fitted please refer to “Warranty” below.

Item must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for items missing their original packaging, as it must be in a condition in which it can be resold. If the incorrect item was dispatched we still cannot accept returns if the item and packaging is not in the original condition as supplied.


To complete your return for any item, please include a copy of your receipt or print out of the order page, a written document stating reason for return. Your name and address must be included along with a copy of the invoice. Refunds or exchange process will only commence once the return item/s is/are in our possession. Upon receipt, all products will be inspected at our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse a credit/exchange should we feel the item is in a condition that is unacceptable. Any items returned to us damaged or not in its original condition due to you not packaging sufficiently, will not be entertained, and will be returned to you at your cost. Said item must be collected within 14 days or it will be subject to storage or disposal fees.

Any item sent to the correct address and returned as either not accepted or that you have relocated, will be subject to you being responsible for all shipping charges for the new item to be resent to you and for the item to be returned to us, plus the 25% handling charge

Damaged/incorrect Upon Receipt

If the goods have been damaged in transit by the courier or have been incorrectly supplied at the time of delivery - In this case we reserve the right to replace the product. The item must be returned before a replacement will be provided, no exceptions.

NOTE: You must inform us of damaged deliveries within a reasonable period of time i.e. 24hrs. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage to goods beyond this period.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

If your refund has not been approved we will send the item back to you at your expense.

Please note that if we incur any costs to receive your return, we will subtract the costs from your refund, should a refund be approved.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items will be accepted for return at our discretion.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange as you ordered the incorrect item, there may be an administration fee and a difference to be paid should the correct item be a higher price, send us an email or call us. You can do this by going to the contact us page

Return Costs
If the item received was incorrectly supplied by us or damaged by the courier then we will cover the courier costs to have the item returned. If the item was correctly supplied then you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. This may be separate from a handling charge if you return an item after 30 days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please retain your tracking number/receipt as proof of return.
