Warranty
is subject to the part being installed by a qualified mechanic/technician (with verifiable certification) and/or RMI recognised/approved workshop (with valid membership) that is competent, experienced and proficient in installing the relevant part. Delivery

  • Orders by 12pm are processed same day Mon-Fri
  • Orders received during the weekend are processed the next working day as most couriers do not process on weekends
  • Delivery on the same day or withing 1 to 4* business days, from dispatch, depending on location. *Out lying areas take longer for delivery.
  • Tracking numbers are provided when they become available to us.
  • International delivery is available via telephone order only.

Collection

  • In-store collection available in Durban, Cape Town, Johannesburg & Port Elizabeth.
  • Collection is available same day if in stock or 1 to 3 business days, depending on availability and distance from Head Office in Durban.
  • Goods will only be released when all payments due are settled in full.

  • Accepted within 7 days, items must new and with original packaging
